Training on business plan and marketing for FRG (Module 2-Putaleng, Tam Duong 19-20/12/2020)

In the morning of December 19^th, 2020, Lai Chau Provincial Farmer Union coordinated with ADDA organized a training course on business plan and marketing (module 2) for FRGs’ members and LF from Nà Cà village, Tam Đường district, Hợp 1 village, Phong Tho district and Phé A village,Thuận Châu district, Sơn La province. 31 members of 3 groups participated in the training courses.

This module’s only in 2 days but two lecturers from Hanoi Plant Protection Department, Mr. Son and Mrs. Son instructed trainees how to practice skills to set up consumption plan for products, making total cost table of production and business, estimating input materials, depreciating to estimate revenue, calculating economic efficiency and learn about Cooperative.

Despite the short time, but due to being familiar with the paricitpatory method and discussion from Module 1, the trainees completed more difficult exercises and saw the good results of group participation as well as revenue and benefits higher thank to the climate change adapation method and techniques that help FRGs in target villages though project activities.

 At the training course, trainees also shared effective and successful project models which were implemented by the groups. This is the best convincing propaganda method for villagers as well as to advocacy local authorities to support model replication.
