TRAINING ON BUSINESS PLAN AND MARKETING FOR FRGS

In the framework of the project “Strengthening the Voice and Capacity of Vulnerable Ethnic Minority Farmers in Climate Resilience in Northwest Vietnam” (VOF), Agricultural Development Denmark Asia (ADDA), PMU-Provincial Farmer Union coordinated to organize two training course on business plan and marketing for FRGs in 6 target village in 2 provinces Lai Chau (19-21/11/2020) and Son La (2-4/12/2020). 

 

With the aim to support ethnic minortity farmers to strengthen resilience of agriculture production to the impact of climate change in the Northwestern region of Vietnam, trainers focusing on training skills in building production and business plan for FRGs, thereby helping them to improve their team working skills, planning and implementing skills with collective participation. At the same time, through the training, the trainers also support the farmer group to know the basic concept of cooperatives, cooperative groups and the orienation for their group to build and develop production and business in a sustainable direction, friendly with the environment and adapting to climate change.

The intervention is funded by CISU through ADDA with the coordination of the implementation of Panature. The project “Strengthening the Voice and Capacity of Vulnerable Ethnic Minority Farmers in Climate Resilience in Northwest Vietnam” (VOF) was conducted through the model of smart agricultural village that adapt to climate change in some localities of Son La and Lai Chau provinces.
